   Date: Nov 2019 – Present — Magento 2 & Symfony Developer → Web Tech Lead
   Joined as Magento 2 developer; scope grew from Pronovias to six brands of the group. Took ownership of code quality, PR reviews and release management. Now leads the web team: technical leadership, architectural decisions, system integrations. Led the Booking Tool end-to-end.

   From maintaining legacy Magento 1 code to building new modules as full-stack developer. Responsible for code review and best practices.
